Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET
Sunday: Closed. It's my rest day, and I hope you take one too.
When you'll hear back: I read every message myself and reply within one business day. If you write on a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday, you'll hear from me by the end of the day Monday.
